The 2023 National Night Out will include a DJ, free hot dogs served by Marion Police Department, kid-friendly activities such as Wonderspace, a bounce house, basketball “HORSE” games with first responders, Tug of War, and “Scavenger Hunt Bingo” between responders and citizens.

The Gardens will showcase a numerous local organizations – all with the shared intention to build safe and welcoming neighborhoods in our community. Mayor Jess Alumbaugh will do a special proclamation on the main stage outside. Community leader Steve Wright will emcee the event. Throughout the Gardens, there will be special areas of features and demonstrations including a Police K9 Demo, Touch-a-Truck, Hands of Hope’s Clothesline Project, and much more.
