Family Book Club

Bring your family and let’s discuss Frankenstein by Mary Shelly! Discussion led by Amy Brainerd.  Limited to 10 families. Please sign up in the Children’s Room at the library. We’ll meet in the Children’s Activity Room. Quilters Hall of Fame Celebration

Auctions, house tours, workshops, exhibits, and lectures by some of the biggest names in quilting, as well as the induction of the new honoree, Xenia Cord. Xenia owns Legacy Quilts, an antique quilt brokerage and from 1990-2001 produced ‘Quilt America!’, a national convention for quilt enthusiasts. Displays, exhibits, appraisals,workshops, classes and lectures taught by the leading quilt experts held at Marion Public Library, the Marie Webster House,  Sunnycrest Baptist Church, the Matter Park Garden House, and the Roseburg Event Center.
