Aunt Sue's Tea Room

As someone who doesn’t drink any kind of tea, I wasn’t in a big hurry to try the Tea Room.  I sure have been missing out!  The atmosphere and food are terrific.  We had the “Queen’s Tea” which included tea (or water in my case), soup, salad, and a tray of food for sharing.  The tray included

Matter Park

I have to admit, I despise exercising.  Going on a walk or jog feels like an eternity as I continually check my watch to see that only 10 minutes have passed. So, I have had to get creative and find activities to do that do not feel like work.  Matter Park is a great way to find such activities.

Fireworks

Growing up in Marion, my family almost always traveled over the 4th of July. Because of this, I've only seen Marion's fireworks a small handful of times. I was in town for the 4th this year, and like many in Grant County, ventured downtown for the show. A few observations:

The Mill
